The cap is an important component for the use of the handle and for its commercial caracterization.
FIMM offers a wide range of caps and has internal moldmaking to produce exclusive caps at customer request.
The caps can be personalized with a small one-time cost by engraving the logo of the customer on inserts of the mold.
The choice of the color is important for the appearance: the basic solution is in black color made of high quality recycled PP, any other color can be choosen and for some caps two different colors for body and head. FIMM has many colors available from stock, if a new color is needed it can be reproduced based on the Pantone® code or on a sample.
The cap has also an inportant safety function to protect the sharp edge of the metal tube; all FIMM handles have their caps welded to the tube coating by a special fusion process so drastically imcreasing the pull-out resistance of caps.

Examples of personalization
The logo is engraved to customer's artwork on a dimension of 45x10mm. FIMM can adapt customer's graphics and submit a draft for approval.
